Note: If design documents, at any level of formality or completion, are available for our review prior to our meeting, it is very helpful. Also, we prefer to have documents available to take notes on during our meeting, even if it is a simple sketch showing existing conditions on the home. If you can email us electronic copies of sketches/drawings prior to our meeting, then we will review and print, and bring with us to our meeting.
