Prior to our meeting, it is very important for us to gain an understanding of your budget expectations. You may not have a firm budget in mind yet, or perhaps this is a value-based question. However, we consider the pre-construction process to be collaborative and understanding your budget expectations going into this process and prior to our initial meeting will very much help this meeting be more productive and assist us in steering the process toward a scope and material selection that are harmonious to your budget.
